Rodney and Sylvia Eagle have been Magnolia Pointe homeowners for over two years. Their two-bedroom villa overlooking the golf course serves as a vacation home for the Eagle family and friends.
"We had a place in Sarasota, FL for years. Everyone there is our age but they liked to go to bed early and there was nothing to do there. Our kids told us to look at Myrtle Beach. We knew right away we had to buy something here. Magnolia Pointe was the very first place we looked. We visited other complexes but decided Magnolia Pointe was our favorite. It's so close to everything we like to do -- shopping, all the restaurants, Broadway at the Beach, and all the shows", explains Rodney Eagle. "We just LOVE the location of Magnolia Pointe."
"I enjoy the change of scenery from the Virginia mountains to the beaches in Myrtle Beach. My favorite thing about coming to Magnolia Pointe is that it's an escape from the demands in Rodney's schedule. I get him all to myself when we come here", Sylvia Eagle adds." We try to come down at least once a month."
